Just wanted to pass on this warning to everyone. A greyhound got hold of a teddy last week (one filled with dried wheat, like the lavendar bags you heat in the microwave). The dog ate the contents and ended up at the vet in a critical condition. Apparently the dried wheat swole up in the stomach and caused a blockage. The dog is recovering now but it was touch and go.

Please if you have one of these teddies or the bags filled with dried wheat keep them well away from dogs, especially if they love to destuff and eat.
