On page 10 of tonights Evening Times (07.04.05), The 'letters' page GAL got their mention!


'Annette the animal lover'


The photograph of actress Annette Crosbie with four Greyhounds launching the Scottish SPCA's rehome a dog campaign in St Enoch Sq was wonderful.


However, I'd like to point out that the dogs pictured were from the Greyhound Awareness League, a non-profit making Scottish charity which is very dear to Annette's heart.  She has given us tremendous support in the past.


Along with the Scottish SPCA, the Greyhound Awareness League was the only other charity represented at the scheme's launch in St Enoch Square.  The volunteers of the Greyhound Awareness League work tirelessly year after year to rehome these beautiful animals.

PS Pity we didn't get a mention at the time of the photo, but better late than never.

Hi


Evening Times Article and Pic  was a compromise!


SPCA got the text   GAL ( greyhounds got the pics ) despite the lack of mention in text.


But power of the visual image  - greys got the publicity  -  Load of ppl I've spoken to saw the pics.


Was great day - lots info handed out / given re GAL and grey6hounds / lurchers  - lots of hands on stuff   with the GAL greyhounds and lurchers performing to perfection as anticipated


GAL DOGS LOVE TO PERFORM  - just greys and lurchers know its a ghound/lurcher thing so respond

so many thnks  GAL dogs


ps  my greyhound and lurcher were playing the  part   to  get dogs in pic to 'fluff' the ghounds in pic.  Dog porno lol
