It's Pearly's birthday today! She's 4 years old. Bless her, she's had some sausages on her breakfast and a wee bitty of cheese. We'll do the celebration thing properly tonight. And, who knows, seeing as we're off work tomorrow we may even raise our glasses to her a few times.

At the risk of sounding slushy, she really is our beautiful angel and we love her loads and loads. Happy Birthday, little princess.

But really in all honesty the best present you could of ever had is getting your very special forever home with your mum and dad, you know they love you loads and then to be joined by handsome Harry. was going to say your 1 lucky pooch but really its your mum and dad that are the lucky ones to have a hound as special as you.

Hi, everyone, Pearly here

Thanks for all the nice birthday wishes. I had a lovely day and was spoiled even more than usual. I had lovely cooked lamb on my dinner (which I'd sneakily lobbed off the kitchen counter the day before and scarpered into the garden to chomp, so mummy and daddy didn't want to eat it any more - how strange of them!) and a great big meaty chew as well. They sung to me loads and loads, but I don't think Harry like it much cos he just stared at them for a while then escaped to his bed.

All in all, it's great fun being 4!

I've just seen the piccies of Dave on the "keeping cool" thread - he and Pearly are alike, aren't they? We need more piccies of Dave, pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeze!!
