Hi Folks, I've had to delete a number of personal phone numbers from forum posts in the last few weeks. Can everyone please remember that even though you need to be fully signed up to the forum to POST messages the board is open the THE ENTIRE WORLD to VIEW all the posts.

Personal phone numbers can and will be used by con men, double glazing salesmen and bored teenagers to generally p*ss you off just when you are trying to have your tea.

Please refrain from doing this in future, GAL can take no responsibility for yer spuds getting cold. If you do want forum members to contact you please ask them to send PM's (PERSONAL MESSAGES) through the forum which are totally secure.
