Maverick thoughly enjoyed a paddle at Strathclyde Park on Sunday.

First trip to the water resulted in no wet feet for Mav but took him for a wander later and managed to get him into the water right up to his chest. He seemed to enjoy it.. It was certainly cooling for him.

Mav is settling down very nicely.... in fact he is starting to pinch the sofa and the sun loungers now.

He's found a new friend with my next door neighbour who says hello nearly every day.

Mav, Max and Charlie will be going to the vets tomorrow to have their man hoods removed.

Will keep you posted as to how they all recover.

Glad Maverick enjoyed his walk and paddle on Sunday, and that you are getting more sleep these days. Has he settled down completely at night now?

Poor guys going to the vets tomorrow - at least they'll all be as groggy as each other when you collect them. Are you having to do multiple runs to pick them all up?

Mav is going through the night now which is good but Missy keeps waking me up instead aaaaaaaahhhhh can't win

Hopefully I will be able to pick all three dogs up tomorrow night as its a long haul from Falkirk for multiple trips

I have definately come to the conclusion that Mav is more nutts than Missy..... He certainly loves to give you a HUGE welcome including kisses (especially after licking certain areas). He jumps around and turns around 180 degrees when excited and he also does something like an antelope jump and a hope skip and a jump. Honest ! he's NUTTS ( no pun intended with the nutt removals tomorrow !)

Will keep you posted as to who is the biggest girls blouse tomorrow.....

BTW Matcho Mav squeeled like a baby when he got his injections.... wonder what he's gonna be like tomorrow .......

Well all the boys are home .... (Max, Charlie and Mav)

For sure they didn't really enjoy their day away.

The vet at William Tague was wonderful and has done a very good clean job on all the boys.

After getting stuck in rush hour traffic we finally got home at 6.45pm this evening.

All the boys have enjoyed their small dinner of scrambled eggs, sardines & rice and are sparked right out in the living room.

Charlie obviously is sparked right out in Marian's livingroom.

Not only did they all lose about a pound in weight today .... they have all come home with sparkly teeth aswell.

Mav is definately a whimp and has been crying a bit since coming home but Max and Charlie are taking this on the chin so to speak.

They are ALL big brave boys and hopefully they will all feel better in the morning.

So glad all the boys are OK after their ops yesterday. They'll probably feel much better later on today after they've had a decent sleep and more treats! Keep us posted on how they're getting on.

Hi

Just a quick update.

Maverick and Charlie appear to be healing well from their neutering.

Max on the other hand isn't healing so well but he can reach better than a grey to have a good lick. He's now got his lampshade on and getting salt washes to help heal him. At least now he can't lick it off.

Max is feeling really sorry for himself right now but he will come good sooner or later. Will get the vet to check everything.

Hi Katrina

Hope poor Max gets better soon. But as you say he'll heal more quickly if he has the lampshade on and can't reach the stitches to lick them! But it's great the other two are healing well. Give them all a big hug from me!
