Walking on water

Ruby has surpassed herself in the humour stakes by trying to walk on water - or rather on water lillies!

She steadily progressed into the duck pond sniffing each water lilly in turn before stepping on it, then looking puzzled as it fails to hold her weight. Wish I'd had a camera. Not happy with the failure of her experiment she selected another patch of lilly's to try again.

daft dog. At least she was walking and not running.

Hi Janet

I can just picture the puzzled look on Ruby's face as her feet sank instead of floating like she expected them to! What a picture it would have been if you'd your camera with you. Never mind - it's given us all a chuckle anyway.

What a lovely story! I'd like to have seen the look of confusion on her face!
