Sounds asthough he is settling in already. Hope he gets a home soon as he seems to have been on the lists for a while. With your help i'm sure he will make someone a fantastic hound!
Brilliant that wee scamp sounds like he has adjusted to home life like a duck to water Lea!!!
Please keep us updated on his adventures!! Im so pleased the wee man is out of kennels at long long last - bless him!!! Give him a big hug from us all!

Hi Lea - Bill is a gorgeous boy - I have spent several afternoons in his company. However - you can't call him Loppy Lugs - believe it or not I know someone at work who owns a goat called Loppy Lugs!
Bill's ears are mad though - one of his most endearing features - along with his very curly, wavey tail! Please give him a hug from me!
Bill is absolutely gorgeous and will make someone a great pet! He loves being fussed over and I agree, his ears are fantastic - they've got a life of their own. I also noticed his tail, Lesley - it curls up at the end and he wags it constantly!
Glad to hear that Bill/Loppy Lugs is settling in. He's a lovely boy and hopefully with all the love he gets from you it won't be long before he finds his forever home.
Looking forward to hearing how he gets on.
Shirley

Bill says Thank You very much for all those lovely hugs .
He was an absolute star last night - not a sound from him and no accidents this morning. He has mastered the stairs with no problems whatsoever, and now enjoys admiring himself in the full length mirror!
He has already won over one set of neighbours with his good looks and ignored the other neighbours cat (I say ignored, the cat was just sitting in the garden watching us so he might not have actually seen it!)
Last night he took most of the toys out of the toy box for a good chew, most ended up in his bed! He had a brief play with a ball in the garden and managed to resisted Ozzy's seductive charms (actually, Ozzy was offering himself on a plate )
What a handsome chap. The ears are very impressive so is that incredibly long tail. Good job it curls up so you don't trip over it!
Sounds as though you were born to have all the home comforts around you as you've taken to living in a house so well. Won't be long until people are begging you to come and live with them
great piccies Santa...hope you don't mind but 'loppy lugs' is going on the GAL website in the next few days and I've already put it on the BGRD website, if there's one thing thats goany get him a really good home is that piccy of him on the sofa!
These are super photos of Bill! He's a very handsome boy and I'm delighted he's settling in so well with you, Lea! And it's great he's getting on so well with Ozzy, too. Apart from the loppy lugs and incredible tail, he's also got posh paws - as displayed in the photo of him on the sofa. Very elegant! Looking forward to hearing how he's getting on living at home.
Hi love bill's photos, Im so glad someone has decided to give this lovely boy a chance. I picked Bill and Bruce up from the trainer, who I must admit was very fond of them. Bill was actually called Bell, must be something to do with his racing name. I must print photos of bruce and bill and send them to Danny the trainer who will be so pleased to see them happy.
Glad you liked the photos and that they can be put to good use. I had a look at the BGRD site and ended up trawling through all 26 pages of the success stories, amongst other things - I must get back to work soon!!! I did learn that Sun, Mason and Bill are all related (third cousins perhaps) which is amazing since they are all so different in colour and character.
I can't believe Bill hasn't been in a house before, apart from being as good as gold he even appears to respond to his name, the command "off" and "go away" (not that we say that to him all the time - just when there's food about). I also can't believe the boy has been in kennels for so long, everyone he has met has said "he wont be with you long".

Well, Bill Bo Baggins has disgraced himself this weekend! Firstly, he nicked a whole loaf of bread off of the kitchen counter and left a whole heap of crumbs and wrapping around his bed.
On Saturday we took him to Jenni's parents house where he was fantastic with the two lurchers. Everything was going great until Sunday morning when Jenni's mum was greeted by a huge mess in the kitchen and a sodden diary!
In the evening we went out for a meal only to return to find Bill Bo with his head in the lurchers bag of mixer, a half eaten packet of treats and a trail of Bonio breath freshner crumbs scattered around the living room!!!
Needless to say, he was a bit whiffy afterwards.

Just to let you all know, Bill went to his forever home today .
He is being missed already, although Ozzy is pleased to have his sofa back!
I'm sure Bill will provide his new owner with as much fun as he did us . He has a wonderful personality.
Bill is going to be spoilt rotten in his new home, he's the only dog but will get to go on walkies with his Spaniel friend, whom he's already been introduced to.
