LOL

Oh Suzanne, the joys of having you back, its true you have been missed. I was at the shop on Sunday and I liked the fleece snood more than the other. So as Esther says can't please everyone all of the time, we are just a bunch of pains.

As usual Suz, your wit and repartee astounds me!

See what I mean about the banter?

Here's Pearly in her fleecey jimjams. I know I'm biased, but I think she's just the cutest lickle thing! (if a bit, I dunno, weird looking in these pics.....)

ps: our GAL raincoats have a waterproof neck and they're the best coats I've ever seen for fit and protection.

Got to admit it Fiona, she is a little cutie.  I love to see the doggies in their jim-jams.  It's really tickles me!

Fiona,

Pearly looks stunning, maybe a future model for the jim jams.

I've discovered a downside to the fleecy pyjamas (where Belle's concerned anyway).

She wore them last night for the first time and this morning when I let the dogs out she, once again, just stood outside looking at me.  Being of suspicious mind, I had a quick look round for any tell-tale pools on the floor, since I knew for a fact she hadn't "gone" since 10.30 the night before.

She was hopping from one foot to the other, but came back into the kitchen where I took off her pyjamas.  She immediately flew back outside, and "performed" for a good two minutes before coming back in.

To me, it made perfect sense to send her out in her pyjamas for her first outing of the day.  It would be cruel to take her from her cosy bed, remove her equally cosy pyjamas, then shove her out into the freezing cold morning.  Amazing how often I get it wrong...

Does anyone else have this problem?  Or does everyone just take the pyjamas off first, so don't know if their dogs will "go" with them on or not?  Now I come to think of it, I don't remember her "performing" with her outdoor coat on either.  She would always wait until we got home from our walk and took off her coat, then she would "ask" to go into the backyard.

Is this normal, or is it just another quirk to add to Belle's list?

Pearly does look a wierd dog at times - a cross between a big eared mouse with skinny tall legs and a goat or roe deer. But when she sees a wabbit and stands up ready for action - what a stunner - she has more muscles than Arnie!

Calatria - at first, many many moons ago, I can recall Pearly never liked to pee/poo with a coat on for some silly reason, but she soon got used to it.

I Like the fit of the fleece but not the colours - leopard spots - (eek!) - it says Coronation Street or something like that to me. I'll not be walking her outside that's for sure. Good job Fioan likes it and of course Pearly.

Harry is getting a tartan fleece - much more like it.

Some of us like the bold and brassy look for our dogs.

I'm thinking of buying Eilidh some clip-ons like Pat Butcher's.

Mind you...you really canny buy class like that but I'll give it a go!
