New member introducing Daz.

Hi everyone


Great to be here now.  I'm Kathy and my husband is Peter, and our new adoptee is Daz who joined us on November 4th.


He's turning out to be a wonderful addition to our pack and if anyone would like to see some of the photos I've posted them

Our group of musican friends already has a mascot in the form of Fleetwood the cat who travels everywhere with his owners but Daz has been pronounced to be an excellent addition to the group already :)

Glad you got on the forum and great to see the photos you have posted. He is really settled in well with you. He seems to be well used to some music rehearsals going on - well chilled.

What a nice picture story!  He certainly is a gorgeous shiny boy, and looks very settled in his comfy new home.


Regarding the requirement for a bigger bed: mine all do that 'head-on-the-floor' thing however enormous the bed is!!!


Can we look forward to some entertainment from you talented guys at an event?

Thanks for the welcome and the compliments   I do hope Daz is happy here.  Sometimes he seems really happy other times a little depressed.  Is that part of adjusting to the changes do you think?  (To say nothing of the poor guy having had a recent amputation in his nether regions of course!)


Thanks for the invite to play at an event but I'd hold off on calling us 'talented' ... we're just a group of folks who like to have fun playing together.  Some folk there actually are pretty brilliant but Peter and I are just beginners at this lark

Hi Kathye, yeah remember Daz is still in his settling in period, we tend to find that the 6 - 8 week period after adoption is the time when the dogs suddenly 'click' that they aint goany be moved again and realise they are there for good!

Hi Kathy,


It's fantastic to see Daz's pics - he looks very relaxed and happy in his new home.


I went to see Daz when he was with his trainer and take the picture that was on the web and I really thought he had a glint in his eye and would respond to a little TLC - which he's obviously getting


Look forward to hearing how he's getting on.
