For those who have the training booklet:

Please use this section to discuss the booklet (good or bad). Let me know how you are finding the exercises. What results you achieve, or not. Ask any questions, etc.

I will be happy to help.

Cheers,

Viv

First report on the booklet from me is:

I think it is really well set out and how it explains everything in a nice easy way is just great. (not like alot of training books you can buy).

Just started the exercises with Zada, so will report on this when I am further on with training.

But I will say as this stage a must for all, I am sure it shall be the training bible to many.

Thanks Viv.

That's a great start Siouxsie.

It had to be kept nice and easy, otherwise I wouldn't have understood it!!

Keep calm, keep patient and keep us informed.

Cheers,

Not quite from the booklet (as I lost it but looks like I'll be getting it back soon), but after seeing the 'leave it' demonstration at the show I've tried it with Max and he picked it up very quickly except on one occasion Tyler came rushing over to snatch the snack  (she wears ear plugs that one!!)

Anyway looking forward to getting into the booklet and will post feedback later
