My name is Lorraine and i am the proud owner of Sofi the lurcher. I currently live in Haddington in East Lothian.I rescued Sofi from Perthshire Abandoned Dogs Society (PADS) just over two years ago. I used to walk the dogs there in my spare time and always wanted to take a greyhound/lurcher home.One day i went to walk Sofi and when i saw her for the first time we just looked into each other's eye's and i knew she was my dog. 2 weeks later she was in her new home with me. I am so glad to have discovered the GAL and their website and am only just beginning to meet and get to know wonderful people who love their doggies just as much as i love my dog.It's great because until i met people who understood how much i loved my dog, i felt very alone.Now i feel much less alone!!!Love to all and welcome to any newcomers on the forum!
