I have just come in after a walk around the stream, put the kettle on, dogs had a drink, dogs lie down.
Chad has black spots all over his tummy. After cries of 'oh my god' and letting my son in the front door (he finished work experience early) we got down to have a closer inspection.
My son gets wet kitchen roll and guess what the spots wipe off! Chad is the first pale greyhound I have had and brindles and blacks don't show the mud up!
I have to wipe his chops too after his dinner, he really is high maintenance! I am just relieved it was nothing serious- lol, Em XX
Murphy always looks spotless after a walk whilst Maisie may aswell have wallowed in a mud pit - she is always clarty as ! I towel her off as best I can before she gets into the car after. within half an hour of being home tho she is lovely & clean again!!
Its amazing! - self cleaning dogs! great invention .....
Seem to be washing the dogs bedding a lot these days tho & god - the hoovering....do it one day - by the next the dust bunnies have been having a ball!! Strange....

I certainly recognise that scene, I am forever cleaning (house and dogs) especially blondie as we call Chad. His little blond hairs are everywhere, black dog and midnight blue carpet - not a bad match! same carpet with blondie not so good!
Seriously depressed at present - still decorating dining room all painting and varnishing done but wallpapering is taking forever! Meanwhile house has turned into a pigsty (husband sanded without shutting doors - mess in all downstairs rooms Ahhhhhh) and dogs are all over the place making hair everywhere. It is going to take me a week to tidy everywhere back up and Christmas is looming! On more positive note have just handed in one of last three EVER case studies yipeee did it in three hours (record)!
