Well after we got Sanna in Sept and how quick she adapted to family life i thought it was time to put our name down for a catsafe dog, thinking we would wait weeks if not months,i got a call from Dave saying that there was 1 named Zak ready for a new home.YIPEE, HOORAY we went to see him Friday n yup we took him or should i say he took to me by peeing all over my troosers hopefully that was a omen.hee hee well we got home n i must say Sanna took to him straight away n also Chico just gave him a quick 1 2 with the sharp paws n Zak accepted that she is the BOSS,had few problems with snapping but as he,s only 15mnth old and had no discipline we will battle on, just needs a firm hand or 2 needs a lot of work but its early days,i must say he has the gangylist legs i,ve ever seen and his ears are massive and also turn over in ever such a cute way,he is a blue brindle and has the loveliest eyes will try n post piccies soon.We just love him to bits.

Lucky you and lucky Zak. We fostered him just after Christmas but unfortunately our Jamie didn't take to him. He is a truly gorgeous boy and you'll be amazed when he sits for you! He is definitely in need of some basic training but is so eager to please you'll have him sorted out in no time.He also pulls a bit on the lead but that'll improve in time too. I hope you have many happy times with him and look forward to seeing the photos. We have some of him from his short time with us. (I agree his eyes and ears are amazing!)
Good luck
Shirley

Great news about Zac, I hope Sanna and him are soon firm friends! I can't wait to see some photos either, he sounds very cute. I'm sure Shirley will be happy to hear how well he is doing too I know she felt sad at letting him go, it all turned out well in the end though didn't it and poor Jamie will get a rest now too!
Many thanks for all the support that was shown regarding Zak
Unfortunately Zak ended up with the upper hand on Sunday night and we had no option but to take him back to the kennels......it broke my heart and still really upset about it,you get so attached in such a short space of time.Sanna and Chico still pining bless.
Many thanks
