In Season Munchies

Sky has just gone into season, and this is my first female dog...... I know to expect some personality differences, but so far the only thing different is she seems to be mooching for food constantly.
I'm not sure if she's actually hungrier and I should give her more, or if it's like PMT cravings!

Any advice will be most welcome.

some bitches can be right narky when in season some just take it in their stride and you hardly notice, depends on the dog really, if she's a bit more hungry I'd just go with the flow it's only for a couple of weeks, won't do any harm!

I would agree with Dave and let Sky have the extra. Even if any weight is put on in the 3 weeks (If she needs the extra food for the full season period) it will not be difficult to shift after the time, but she many only crave the extra food for the 1st week, which I had with one of my lurchers.



how many 'extra' (s) are in there?????

blow the dogs, this sounds like most of the females I know (and yes I include myself in that!!)
