I've been enjoying watching Ziggy sleeping (which he does with expertise) as he often seems to be running in his dreams, legs moving and twitching. Sometimes his tail wags like mad slapping on the floor, and he howls or does tiny barks one after the other.

aren't they lovely when they sleep.  dave often "chirrups" in his sleep and does all the leg twitching stuff too.  i can imagine him chasing rabbits over lush green fields

Awwww, I love watching them sleep. Tig can move just his dewclaw it is so funny and Chad rolls on his back and gradually drops his tail to the floor!

I popped home today at a time I'm not normally around, and saw my two beautiful wee puppies sound asleep, heads together and their legs wrapped all round each other.  They looked so cute, I stood watching their tiny chests rise and fall, it was really lovely.


Then I thought about all the times they have got me up at 4.30am to nip out for the loo, usually on the coldest nights, only for them to come back in and want to give me a cuddle leaving dirty paw marks all over my white dressing gown!  I thought about all the times I was nearly on my hands and knees after a long day at work, and just want to close my eyes for 10 mins and they wouldnt allow it.


So,...............guess what I did???  Wakey wakey pups, time to get up!!

Millie moves her feet like she's running too and barks (but just wee quiet ones). Im sure she is chasing bunnies too. It is really nice watching them sleep, apart from Toby, he snores really loudly to the extent you cant hear the TV, so have to occassionally wake him up to stop the snores!
