Im an American Water Spaniel. Very surprised as thats one dog i would never have, I'm not a big spaniel  fan.

A finnish spitz apparently (?!?) bred for hunting polar bears.... tho i noticed as I was filling in the questionaire that I share more than a few traits with greyhounds...

I've never really seen you as a water spaniel Jennifer...

I'm a Welsh Springer Spaniel. I too am not a great lover of spaniels!!

Oh I'm an Italian greyhound BTW water spanials are great. Look like scruffy standard poodles and they have webbed feet for swimming!

Afgan Hound is definately good - I saw two running off lead once and they are amazing. At least your a hound and not a close relative of a Corgi!

i am an english cocker spaniel......... the most accurate bit said that they don't tolerate teasing well.  that is so me !!


neil must have read this before we met cos it says that cockers need to be trained gently but firmly as they are sensitive but also rather independent.  he's done well with me !

Great fun, Jan - thanks! Apparently I'm a clumber spaniel! Now I could have sworn that I have longer legs and definitely a longer nose than they have!


BTW Dino - the Finnish Spitz has a really flamboyant tail too!

It turns out I'm a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever!! 


 


Never heard of them, but they look quite cuddly - bit like myself!

Most days when I am out walking Casper he gets chased by a Duck Tolling Retriever.  It walks with an elderly man off the lead and every time we see him, it barks at Casper and chases him away.  Casper runs with his tail between his legs, dragging me and the buggy behind him!  A very cuddly looking dog but very fiesty!!  The old man just walks past us as though nothing is happening

I'm a German Pinscher - a "biter".


I'm a good guard dog, apparently, which is funny, as at the moment I have a bad cough and an elderly customer at work commented "Wi' a bark like that, hen, you'd make a guid guard dug"!!!
