Its a pity its only greyhounds and lurchers as i go walking regularly with about about 20 dogs. I'd get the biggest group pic going LOL


Im waiting on Dino and Jade coming back their hols and then i'll try get a group pic with Millie and their 4 hounds

I have e-mailed my entries ( although they are a bit all over the place). Money on its way via snail-mail, sent this morning 1st class.


All the dogs look fabulous and i certainly would'nt want to be the one who has to judge them!

all the pictures are wonderful.  even the ones of dave and daisy have come out much better than i anticipated.  are they tweaked when they're put on the site to make them look their best??


it makes me want a whole houseful if greys !

WOW!!..thats 182 entries now posted on the dog show website, we've got a collection of REALLY stunning photos. With just under a week to go before entries close I'm sure we'll break the 200 mark which is better then I expected. If you haven't entered already remember the closing date is the 19th (thats THIS sunday)...

EEEEEKKKKKK I had it in my head I had till the 26th to post my photos!!!!!! Yikees I don't even know how to get them onto the computer yet......better get my skates on.


Some of the photos are amazing.


Dave some of the photos seem to be taken by a professional photographer is that allowed as i have a great professional one of Sunny but I thought you had to take them yourself. Seems more fun to take them myself, although I'm sure Sunny is getting fed up with all my clicking.

I have to confess - The photo of Jenna in the 'Face In Focus' class was taken by Daz's Dad at the walk at Gullane. I hope thats ok. If she wins,  then obviously full artistic credits will be given to the phtotographer. All other photos were taken by myself - honest.

Yes the photos are great and as long as it creates extra money for the kennel fund I don't mind who has taken them. Some of the ones taken by the owners are brill especially Murphy with his nose right to the camera that made me laugh for ages and Trooper covered in snow.

That's the great thing about this competition we can show the hounds personaility off. My sister - in -law said she had never seen a grey that didn't have it's tail clamped under its tummy or enjoying life to the full. She loved the pic of Blue in the forum fav. (have you seen it? it's great) Let's hope we can educate a few more people and show that these dogs make great pets and are wonderful fun to have around

honest she doesn't, she's just a very good photographer who likes taking piccies of her friends dogs (and she asked for permission first to enter too!) I think her piccies are stunning - anyways WAIT till you see Dino's entries, you'll think he does that for a living too!!..

I've just caught up with all the photos and they are just absolutely juicy and delicious - what beautiful, gentle, funny, naughty, angelic, loving, cheeky, expressive dogs we have. Aren't we a lucky, lucky bunch?

It is going to be very very difficult to choose winners  They are all fantastic.  I have had a giggle and a wee laugh at some as they're just so cute & humorous! 


Glad to see you made it Dino.  Been waiting for days to see your cracking photos!!
