Hi all, Just a wee update. Had Janie out a walk tonight with my brothers dog and Janie met her boyfriend Blue and it cheered her up immensely, so much so when we got back to Blues Janie was all set to go into the house with him, was devastated when she couldn't go in with him.
So seeing Blue has been good medicine for her, she has come home and she settled down the best she has since it happened.
Oh that's great news. Sure that meeting Blue, who sounds smashing, will have done her the power of good. Maybe the fact she wanted to follow him indoors is her way of telling you she wants a pal to live with her???!!!!!!
So pleased Janie is feeling better. Phil had to take Blue out to see her as he was crying at the window when he saw you go past and wouldn't stop until Phil got the lead.
Mojo tilly Blue is rather wonderful and feeling very pleased with himself after pinching my daughters tea and easter cake she brought home from Nursery
What is it about spaniel owners at the moment A family has just moved into our street with a little springer spaniel. It is never on the lead, the owners just start screaming at it at the top of their voices whenever they see a person or dog approaching. Its quite an aggressive little thing and runs at you barking.
When I was walking Sunny tonight I saw the dog and slowed down. The woman started her usual screaming at the dog and then turned to her husband and shouted at him to "get the dug, thats yin oh they mad greyhoonds"!!!!!!! My dog was on the lead and anyone who knows Sunny knows she dosn't do mad! but the owner does I gave her a right mouthful and pointed out my dog was the one in control and on the lead. I got a sorry and they took off with their heads down.
Landess and sunny

I have been without a computer for over 3 weeks it went into meltdown and nobody seemed able to fix it until tonight. So I just thought I would give you a wee update on Janie, She is doing really well. Got all her stitches out and wound has healed up very well. Thankfully she is just her usual self when out on walks and is still as friendly as ever.
Thank you all for the kind words and cuddles for Janie she loved getting them.
