Poor Bovril, it's good your vets got to the bottom of it and Bovril will be all the better for it, though he might not think so now! Hope he feels better soon.

You do just want to cuddle them better.

Hugs to Bovril

poor bov!!  at least you've got to the bottom of the problem, so lets hope he'll be more comfortable now.  i'm sure the cuddles will help.

Poor Bovril! Hope he feels a lot more comfortable now! I didn't know that dogs could get corns. Give the brave chap a big hug from me and Vegas.

Bless his wee heart! I've heard about quite a few dogs getting corns, and they can be pretty painful. Glad to hear that he's feeling better, if a bit bemused about his bandage. Cuddles and sardines help to take the confusion and pain away!

Pearly sends a great big kissy to her former kennel-mate.

Angus had a corn on one of his pads. The vet managed to scrape it out but said if it had been much deeper then he would've had to given Angus and operation, which involved taking the top of the pad off and pushing the corn from the inside out.
Sounds VVVVV painful

I never seen one either, did not even know dogs could get them. Hope Bovril feels better and is soon corn free. Nora
