We are glad the weather was fantastic today for the Hot Dog Show Edinburgh. Sorry we couldn't make it but I'd already planned my son's birthday party for this afternoon and it would have been too tight to do both events. Congratulations to Morse and we hope you find a home soon.
What a CRACKING total raised...... WELL DONE EVERYONE !! Well done also to all the organisers.
Hope you all had fun and the dogs are snoozing hard.
We had a great day. it was a scorcher of a day, and great to see so many people and happy hounds.
Thanks Fiona for helping me out at the start with the great rush of people all desperate to enter their dogs.
I just have to tell you about the woman with her little dog who asked me what class her dog could go in. I said he can go in the next class Most handsome non-sighthound dog. She looked at me really puzzled and said "but my dog can see" How me and Fiona kept a straight face I don't know.
Well done Siouxsie for all the hard work you put in arranging it all. Time to put your feet up and have a big drink I think
Landess Sunny and Zoe.

Thank you all for arranging such a fantastic day, it was great to meet so many folks and their pooches. Sally and Dan are still zonked, they smiled all the way home and crashed out early as expected. I had to wake them up at 9am this morning for their walk and breakfast! What a great day!!!
We had a terrific day yesterday- A very big well done to everyone who helped organise the day and what a great amount raised.
Morse was pretty shattered when he got home but managed to get up for a well deserved sardine dinner! His trophy has pride of place on the mantle piece, along with his rosette.
As usual the impeccable behaviour of all the dogs did them credit, especially with a number of smaller dogs about!

I don't know what I'm more chuffed about - the fantastic money raised, or Morse being the Hottest Dog. How wonderful that the big boy took the top prize. It's great that there's been some interest in him, and here's hoping that he gets a forever home deserving of such a show stopper.
Tara, Graham and I had a great time, it was so nice to see everyone and what a great job everyond did. I hope that this means that there will be more Edinburgh Hot Dog shows in future.
Delighted everyone had a great time. Congratulations to all the class winners - especially our Eastern Hottest Dog - Morse! What a handsome boy and hopefully he's have his forever home very soon.
Fantastic amount of money raised and well done to all who worked hard to make sure the day ran smoothly! The photos are superb!
