Hello eveyone,

Just received word that a sponsored walk on the 3rd of December in Crombie Park, Monikie (near Dundee) has been set  with funds going to GAL. The event is titled The Festive Frolick!

People are encouraged to register online at walkies@thedogrambler.co.uk but can just show up on the day. You can get more information online as well.

There will be prize for the best dressed Christmas Pooch (can't wait to see that), dog goody bags, hot chocolate for the human walkers and a grand prize of a VIP Family pass for the Next Generation Health Club!

Hope those that live near can stop on by!

Thanks,

Just to let everyone know that the walk is scheduled for 1.30pm - 3pm. You can contact them for a sponsor form or give a donation on the day. All money raised will be split between three charities, GAL, Pets as Therapy and Brown street Kennels which is based in dundee and re-homes abandoned dogs.

I have registered and will be going along with Sally and Neo and i am displaying posters to publicise the event in my area in the hope that more people will attend and therefor more money for GAL and the other charities. Would be great to see anyone else who can make the journey.

Hi folks...Me, my son Ryan, Neo and Sally braved the freezing cold and rain today to take part in the festive frolic walk. We managed to raise £181.50 which we handed over to the organisers today, hopefully the final figure will be a great boost to GAL...

Some photo's cos we all love them..

Ready for the off!

Mum is this really a dog?

Hello!

Santa came early

And brought the angel..

Can we go home now?

The dog with the angels wings looks just like my Saska except she's definitely not got angels wings - devils horns are more her thing

siouxsie, there was actually 5 or 6 of them altogether (although only one angel) and they all looked so alike and very much like your Saska, lovely.
