Picked up new foster dog on Saturday from kennels at Langbank. What can i say - he's been a complete gentleman since he arrived, great in car, great in house, great with other dogs (mine and also other ones he's met out walks), a wee cuddle monster!!
He's called Barney at the moment, but im not that keen on the name and wanna change it. I have thought of a few but havent decided yet! I really like the names - Amos, Ouzo, Shady and a few more. Anyone got any ideas or think he suits anything?
Here is a few picks of him He's just beautiful

He is lovely Jennifer and well done on your fostering, i'm sure he will flourish in your care just like Luna did.
I always said if i ever got another black dog it would be called Diesel or shadow but i like your idea of Shady, think it suits him. Best of luck with him, I'm sure he will find a forever home very soon. Hugs to Millie too of course
He looks like a Captain Jack Sparrow to me - but I do tend to go for overly long names! He is absolutely gorgeous, as is Millie, good luck on his new name and please tell us what you finally decide!
I have been thinking long and hard and thought of a few different names but i seem to keep coming back to the same one, so i have decided to call him..... drum roll please .........
WILLOW
He's such a gentle soul and deserves a sweet name

Congratulations on taking on another foster dog. His name is very sweet. ( just hope you dont use the same vets as Sharon with Wilma - greyflintstone- tho!)
different Barney! the one that was fostered and returned got homed AGES ago now!
OK who is responsible for the names then? I get confused cos the same names keep cropping up for the same colour of dogs! (Now you see why my lot are all different colours )
Congratulations on your new house guest Willow, he looks utterly charming and I am sure will come in in leaps and bounds in your care. Glad your little trio are helping him out. Nora

Willow was feeling very sorry for himself last night, but he's ok this morning. To be honest i think i was more worried than him Poor wee mite but hopefully he'll be back to normal in no time. He's a pleasure to have around the house
Alexis, the pink collar came from the GAL shop about a year ago so not sure if they still sell them. Best to check with Lorna as she does the shop stuff

The piccies of them on the bed may look a bit rude (like he's trying to "get it on" with millie), but i can assure you, it was all innocent, they were fast asleep
